Your Attitude Reflects You and Your Life.

Attitude… what is your attitude like on a daily basis? Is your attitude pleasant? Do you react negatively in difficult situations? Or is your attitude something you are happy about? The attitude you have towards life all determine your life’s outcomes. Your attitude is your perspective and viewpoint. Your thoughts, feelings, emotions, behavior, actions and reactions all add up to your attitude. What you feel inside and what you think about creates your external surroundings. If you consistently act in such a way; that is exactly what you are to be and get in return. When obstacles do arise, and by having a positive attitude, you will see that it is an opportunity for you—to challenge yourself and to learn and grow—so you can become better at who you are.

You are in control of your own attitude; therefore, make it what you wish. If you wake up late for an important event, it is on you to either go on with your day by being angry that you did so, or you can simply not let it bother you and move on with a smile. It is known that if you have a happy, positive attitude you shall receive successful outcomes. If you have a lousy attitude, always complaining, you shall bring more of those experiences to you. Your attitude can make you or break you so stay focused on it. If you are unhappy with your attitude, you have the choice to change and adjust it anytime you like. If you choose to have a kind and grateful attitude towards everything; then you are choosing to better your health and your life. Focus within and pay attention to the events that takes place in your life—because it is all in accords with your attitude. Think and feel happy thoughts, be grateful for all that you do have and notice the abundant, healthier person you are.

Always Keep In Mind: If you are not happy with yourself, there is ALWAYS something you can do to change it. If your attitude is weak, there are many ways to work at it to make it stronger. Become aware of it. Here is a prayer to start you off…

“Today and every day I awake, I have the choice to have the attitude I want. The attitude I have is happy, calm, compassionate, peaceful, patient, and loving. When challenges arise, I remain in a happy state-of-mind (and heart) and deal with the problems in a graceful, grateful manner due to the opportunity that lies in it. I am determined to be cheerful and in high-spirits in all that crosses my path because I trust that all will work out the way it should. For I know each experience provides me to learn from it and for this I am most grateful. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.”
