60 Life Lessons I hope to teach my child: I love my son SO infinitely much, more than words could ever express- as I like to think all of you parents who do read this can relate. Yet, if it is … Continue reading
Although it has been off-and-on with raining here in Philadelphia all week and being cloudy and gloomy–I know it is due to the new beginnings approaching. The rain is washing away all that no longer serves me anymore while the darken skies resembles a fresh upcoming year; it’s making its transformations for a wonderful year filled with abundance. I believe a HUGE change is taking place for the better for ALL– I just FEEL it, do you?
Out with the old, in with the NEW! Welcome new changes, I embrace you!
Love, Peace and Blessings,
“Knowledge is awareness, and to it are many paths, not all of them paved with logic. But sometimes one is guided through the maze by intuition. One is led by something felt on the wind, something seen in the stars, something that calls from the wasteland to the spirit.” -Louis L’Amour

Let’s raise some awareness towards cancer especially being known that the month of September is National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. With that being said, a good friend of mine has a precious 5-year-youngin’ cousin name Kaylee who was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer called Undifferentiated Embryonal Sarcoma. Kaylee has been a brave and strong little girl during this challenging journey she has been facing. Although I have never met her personally; I read and see picture updates on her Facebook page and just by seeing her photos, I can tell she is a special little girl who has a lot to offer to this world. Let’s show her love especially due to her having 60% of her liver removed and receiving chemotherapy treatments over some time now. We need to give Kaylee all the support we can in every way we can.
Let’s show Kaylee DiGiannantonio we are all by her side by attending two upcoming events that are being held for her:
Come on out and not only support a good cause, bring a smile because both events are going to be fun times.
Another way to show your support is to be her friend on Facebook http://www.facebook.com/Kayleesfight (please feel free to donate to her directly) and/or you can also send her LOTS of LOVE and prayers. Thank you for all of your thoughts and help in honor of Kaylee. I am positive she and her family greatly appreciate it.

“In our lives there is bound to come some pain, surely as there are storms and falling rain; just believe that the one who holds the storms will bring the sun.” -Unknown
I am enjoying a thunderstorm taking place here in Philadelphia 07/25/2012. What beauty in such clouds and how powerful the thunder! I love thunderstorms, especially because they remind me of my mother who I hold in my heart. <3
