Life Is Precious.

Photography by Dianne Furphy. Life is so precious and not entirely as long as I would like it to be. But life sure does give many gifts each day to wholeheartedly appreciate and be thankful for. Every day is a new day to learn, experience, grow, play, have fun, laugh and do whatever it is that I enjoy and love to do. We beings are so special…knowing that we have each other—in good times and bad. Especially family and friends; having family and friends are such a big part of life because without them, how can one get by without the support and love from others?! Even ‘strangers’… there is a uniqueness about each person due to not knowing them although they really are our sisters and brothers… After all, we are a human race, we are all family.

I work my very best at not taking anyone (or anything) for granted and I do know that each person that crosses my path are there for a very special reason. Life is everything, specifically being in the now of time and acknowledging all that I do have. Life on this earth is limited and there may not be another opportunity to be together with one another. I’ve learned that there are others that are more fortunate on so many different levels. But what I can share and offer to one another is kindness, love, patience, listen, do good deeds, cheer someone up, hold someone’s hand, make someone laugh, and express to those how I feel… since they may not always be there to do so. I take pride and gratitude in ME and all that I do have because I know that this very moment will be a moment that is behind me, for this very moment is all I have. Therefore, I cherish it and have faith that it will last a lifetime.

Give life all you got, give life the entire true YOU.

Love, Peace and Blessings,
Dianne Furphy

“In ordinary life we hardly realize that we receive a great deal more than we give, and that it is only with gratitude that life becomes rich.” -Dietrich Bonhoeffer

“The master of the art of living makes little distinction between his work and his play, his labor and his leisure, his mind and his body, his education and his recreation, his love and his religion. He hardly knows which is which; he simply pursues his vision of excellence in whatever he does, leaving others to decide whether he is working or playing. To him he is always doing both.” -Buddha

“Do what you love to do and give it your very best. Whether it’s business or baseball, or the theater, or any field. If you don’t love what you’re doing and you can’t give it your best, get out of it. Life is too short. You’ll be an old man before you know it.” -Al Lopez

“Learn to enjoy every minute of your life. Be happy now. Don’t wait for something outside of yourself to make you happy in the future. Think how really precious is the time you have to spend, whether it’s at work or with your family. Every minute should be enjoyed and savored.” -Earl Nightingale

Consciousness Climate.

“The collective energy generated from the feelings, thoughts, and attitudes of the almost six billion people on this planet creates an atmosphere or ‘consciousness climate.’ Surrounding us like the air we breathe, this consciousness climate affects us most strongly on energetic and emotional levels. An increase in *coherent* thoughts and feelings creates an uplifting momentum in the consciousness climate. An increase in *incoherent* thoughts and feelings creates a stress momentum in the consciousness climate. In other words, coherence or incoherence is broadcast via the consciousness climate much as music or noise is broadcast via radio signals.” -Doc Childre and Howard Martin, The HeartMath Solution

Brand New Day Prayer for All.

Today is a brand new day. Lets start fresh… I pray for us all to wake up on this fine, lovely morning and for our day to run smoothly for each and every one of us. I pray we all have patience, love, peace, kindness, compassion, honesty, spunk, faithfulness, calmness, courage and strength now and always. May we make decisions that serve our highest and best good for ourselves and others. May we continue to be grateful for all that we do have and may we all look within to live a life we have always dream and desire. May today be a day closer to complete our goals and may we share the feelings and emotions of oneness, equal-ness and togetherness.

Happy Brand New Day All. It is never too late to get to where you have to go…  Keep in mind YOU CAN and YOU WILL. (Reaffirm to yourself: I CAN AND I WILL because you really CAN)!!! Enjoy this spectacular new day you are given. Make the best of it always.

Love from me to you forever,
Dianne Furphy

I Am in Charge of Me.

“Hurt feelings or discomfort of any kind cannot be cause by another person. No one outside me can hurt me. That’s not a possibility. It’s only when I believe a stressful thought that I get hurt. And I’m the one who’s hurting me by believing what I think. This is very good news, because it means that I don’t have to get someone else to stop hurting me. I’m the one who can stop hurting me. It’s within my power. Think about this. People only complain about things they can do something about. We don’t complain about the things we have no power over. Have you ever heard anyone complain about gravity? No, never!!! The circumstances we complain about are, by their very nature, situations you can change, but you have chose not to. You CAN get a better job, find a more loving partner, make more money. But why don’t you simply do those things? Its because they involve risk. You run the risk of being jobless, left alone, being wrong, failure etc. (Remember!) Complaining is not meant to be a lifestyle!!! Complaining is only a reference point for something that you would prefer…. So stop complaining, and get on with creating the life of your dreams!” -Jack Canfield
