Patterns … Do you have patterns in your life that continuously appear? Are they old habits that you want broken?…Or maybe you are happy with the way your life is going for yourself. Me? I always have something about myself that I want to work on…to be a better me. I want to create the best me that there can be. I work hard to overcome any bad habit I may not be happy with. I keep on trying and I do not give up until I reach my full potential. I put in hard work, dedication and the desire to make myself the best person I can be. I break my old patterns by setting goals for myself and following through with completing my dreams and my inspirations. I also like to talk and speak in the now. Take for instance, I used to live a very negative challenged lifestyle… Yes, we all have challenges in our lives and I felt I was completely useless and worthless in every area of my life. I thought that what I experienced is what I was. I was not aware that I could take charge of my own life by not always referring to myself as sick, abused background, I talked about how unhappy I was and I was always complaining. I even had some addictions that were rotting my health away. I believed what I was saying (and doing) because I was feeling and thinking it too.
“Creativity involves breaking out of established patterns in order to look at things in a different way.” -Edward de Bono
I started breaking my old patterns—those old habits that were unhealthy and not too kind; and once I started seeing progress in myself, I feel so proud of my self. An overwhelming sense of “I DID IT, I REALLY DID IT!!!” After feeling such wonderful feelings, I wanted to complete more of breaking my bad habits because it was the best I have ever felt. One of the ways I started improving myself to becoming the person I want to be was to observe and redirect all of the negative talk into positive. If I state, I am sad and depressed, I would redirect it by saying, I am sad and depressed but I change that by taking action with what does make me happy, then… I am happy. I also talk in first person. I am healthy, I am kind, I am patient, I am abundance, and so on. I go inward and tune-in to my heart. I state all that I am grateful for and I take a nice big inhale of love, peace, joy, healthiness and exhale with all the fear, hate and unhealthiness. I believe from all that no longer serves us, we end up having negative energy and toxins that we may store in our bodies that need to be released… We need to cleanse ourselves clean to make more space for the good and of course for more “mistakes” to learn from and experience and grow. After all, experiences are the one thing we have to look back upon and see what we have learned and enjoyed. It all comes from within the heart. There are doors of opportunities that open when we persist to be the best we can be…the kindest, the most patient, the most caring for all of humanity—to overcome all those bad habits that we feel no longer is a part of us anymore. It is about (within) you… it is about ‘us’ as a collective whole to make progress, do what we can possibly do to reach our full potential. Live, learn, grow and use your heart… it will guide you on a whole other level and of course…. Believe.
I believe in, what I believe in…and by simply believing…it creates me, it creates who I am. What I think about. What I feel. How I behave. All of these make up my reality by me practicing to be all that I can to be. What a wonderful gift. I am blessed.
“Our humanity rests upon a series of learned behaviors, woven together into patterns that are infinitely fragile and never directly inherited.” -Margaret Mead
Thank you. Thank you to everything. Thank you to all. Thank you to ONE. Thank you for me. Thank you for creation. Thank you for being able to make progress always overcoming all of my old patterns and bad habits that no longer serves me for my best good. I shall continue to work and create the whole, shining, light of me.
Being grateful is another way that changed my whole perspective on life and created me a healthier way of being.
Love, Peace, Blessings,
