Release the Old You.

Do you have habits or addictions that you are not happy with? How is your attitude? Do you react in a way that hurts yourself or others? Become aware of who you really are in any given situation and change what it is that no longer serves you and you’re best good. Especially in difficult times, the real test lies in the hard times, to remain patient and calm. During those obstacles, know that you have the opportunity right in front of you to change and create the YOU that you have always wanted to BE. Taking responsibility of your actions and feelings is the first step of knowing you are aware that you are in charge of your own life. It is not others who make you act and behave in such a way, it is you. You have the power and control over how you feel and what you do with your feelings. Be in the present, in the now and do not dwell on or look back on the past of the bad times. Rid and release any old beliefs that serve you no good. By letting go and not looking back, you are creating a new you. When you have negative thoughts that cross your mind, redirect those thoughts and think of things that make you happy, start naming all of the things you are grateful for. By doing this; you are breaking those old beliefs and building a new, healthier you. Be in full control of yourself and create the new you that you have always wanted to BE. There is no better time to start than the time you have right now!

Goodbye old beliefs, I let go and release you. I rise above all of the hate, anger and fear. Hello and welcome the new ME, I embrace you with love, kindness and patience now and always.

Love, Light and Blessings,
Dianne Furphy

Keep your behavior positive because your behavior becomes your habits. Keep your habits positive because your habits become your values. Keep your values positive because your values become your destiny.” -Mahatma Gandhi

“It is very important to generate a good attitude, a good heart, as much as possible. From this, happiness in both the short term and the long term for both yourself and others will come.” -Dalai Lama
