Practice Being Who You Desire To BE.

We all ask for our days to be filled with love, patience, kindness, forgiveness, and all the good that goes along with it, yes? What I have learned is that when I pray and ask for, say patience—I am soon to be put in a position where I have to practice my patience—and the more I control my patience, the more patience I achieve. We all have the authority of how we treat ourselves and others; therefore, if we react by flipping out, saying negative statements, or handling the stressful situation in an insidious, pessimistic, poor manner—you are sure to bring more of those experiences to you. Let’s do our best to treat ourselves and others in a considerate, respectful, courteous manner so you can not only be humble but you can share it with others and pass it on as I am sure they will too.

If you are overwhelmed in a situation, take a step back and be aware of how you are feeling. Take a deep breath in and release such ambushed feelings and reassure yourself everything will work itself out. Redirect those intense stressful thoughts with positive ones because by doing this you are creating who you are and who you want to BE. Build yourself into the person you truly desire. You cannot ask for something and expect it to be handed right to you, it’s all about the hard work and dedication you put into it. Work with you and work together with others, it’s all about team work and making the situation the best it can be.

Be Humble—for the more you practice being humble, the more you are Humble.

Here is just ONE way to begin: A daily prayer:

Today and every day I have the courage to act upon the good feelings, qualities and characteristics to create me into the person I most desire. I treat myself with love, adoration, appreciation, and kindness so I can treat others in such a healthy, positive manner. I am patient in all of my life experiences and take each obstacle and challenge as a learning lesson. For I am humble. Thank you for such a gift to be alive.
