Feelings Are To Be Observed.

It is not only in our thoughts that create who we are but our BEing as well. How are you feeling? Are you feeling sad and down? Then you shall bring such experiences to you. Are you feeling good and happy? Then you shall bring those experiences to you. Be aware, be awake to what you are feeling within because it is within that matters. What shall be within–shall also be without. Redirect those negative thoughts into positive ones. Focus on how you are feeling and transition yourself– your feeling into joy, peace, happiness, bliss, pleasure, gratification, pride and all of the good feelings you can possibly feel. YOU CAN DO IT because it is in our nature–it is who we are as beings–we are LOVE. When things go wrong, instead of complaining and bitching about it, laugh about it. Find solutions to make it better. Don’t dig deeper into the dark, black whole–that’s exactly what the ego wants from you. Instead, find humor in life–the good and bad–it is known laughing is the best medicine for all. Not to mention, I know I would rather laugh then dwell on the things I can do nothing about. So here is to the ecstasy, enthusiasm, excitement, and elation of how good things can really be when we allow ourselves to constantly be in such states. You have a choice; therefore, choose how you want to feel in each moment you are given.
