Making Choices Based From Your Feelings and Emotions.

Choices… We all have choices to decide on every second of every day being that ‘time’ just passes us by. Each given moment we have the free will to make choices of what we do with our lives. It is up to us to CREATE the life we want. Decide to make choices that benefit YOU mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Be in the present and before you go ahead and quickly make a decision; feel in your heart, your intuition what is the “right” thing to do. Try not to just jump into something being that you do not feel too good about it. We are given our bodies with emotions and feelings for a reason… they help us on this path of life, so try your best to be in-tuned with them and use them to make the choices to help better yourself, to strengthen yourself in every way you can. Our thoughts also play a huge role with our decision-making. Therefore, keep your thoughts positive and clear on what YOU DO want. Consciously breathe and be confident when making decisions.


Our eMOTIONS are the FLOW of feelings and are reACTIONS and responses to how we cope with life experiences and situations. Our emotions come from our thoughts especially when we put that thought into motion; hence e-MOTION–these are typically temporary. Our FEELings are sensations of what our body stores and feels which are more-so deeply rooted and permanent. Feelings come from the heart which indicates we are in the NOW when we get ‘lost’ in such a feeling. Be aware of how you feel in each situation: happy, sad, fearful, hateful, peaceful, loving, joyous…Know it is OK to be upset when you feel you have been hurt or even when you feel excited. It is healthy to release your feelings and emotions, as long as it is in a positive way.

Take control over your choices and decision-making and be conscientious that this is your life; your journey and that YOU are in charge of it. You can choose what is best for you by the choices you do make. There are many ways to help you be harmonious with your choices. Here is just ONE way to start… A daily prayer:

“I believe I am in control of my life and the choices I make. I decide today and everyday to make the decisions that serve me the best I know how. I am aware and I am strong enough to be in the now, to make good choices to better my health mentally, physically, emotionally  spiritually. I have the ability to make very good judgment in every situation for me and those around me. I also learn from all of my choices and decisions I make to flourish and grow to become who I want to BE. I am most grateful I have this free will to choose to do what my heart truly desires. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.”
