It is important that we all live in the present–in the Now. By doing so, you are living your life in that given moment. By focusing on the past or the future or even worrying, you are creating something that is not real. What you are doing is creating illusions by making up thoughts in your head that do not really exist. Set yourself free by bringing yourself to the Now–to the present. Here are only some of the birds that joined my boy and I as we fed them today.
What an awesome day my boy and I had. I am one grateful being to be alive and experience such beauty.
